Orders
Placing an order on this website is a request to buy. No payment is taken online. Your order is accepted once we have confirmed it with you by phone and sent your invoice. We may decline an order, for example if an item is unavailable or not suitable, and we'll tell you why.
Prices and shipping
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is a flat $49 per order. If a price shown on the website is wrong, we'll tell you before invoicing and you can choose whether to continue.
